Our Story
Olivia & Miles met while they were interns during the summer of 2014. They went on a couple of dates, but at the end of the summer they went back to school and parted ways. A year later, during the summer of 2015, Olivia was now working for the company and Miles returned for his 2nd internship there. They immediately picked up right where they left off and two months later things were official. They have been together ever since.
The Proposal
They had planned a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for Olivia's 25th Birthday. Miles had secretly been in touch with the concierge of the hotel, and had upgraded their room to a beach side view and had set up a beach dinner for their first night there. He had told Olivia of these "Birthday" surprises earlier in the day. From the balcony of their room, Olivia saw the restaurant was setting up a candle light dinner on the beach, with a pathway created by rose petals. It surprised her to find out, when they went to dinner, this was their romantic beach dinner! They had a delicious 5 course meal, and during the dessert Miles began going over their life together and Olivia asked why he was bringing all of this up. Miles then popped down on one knee, pulled out the ring and asked the question she was waiting to hear. With tears running down her face, she said yes to the man of her dreams. With a celebratory glass of champagne they began the next chapter of their life.
